		<description>Not bad ... although, I've used the Treo 600 (borrowed it for a day) before buying my 650 ... I have to say, the 650 is a very very nice device.  Sprint service in the city isn't bad (although obviously your problem was hardware-based).  Basically everywhere in manhattan I've been (with the exception of my 2-ft thick 100-year old stone walls at home) has great reception (4 bars usually).

Anyway ... $600 is just silly -- you can grab a new-condition one on ebay for 1/3 of that.</description>

It sounds like your 600 is doing the 50% battery thing, where it can't keep a connection when the battery is below ~50% charged.  This is a bitch and Palm never admitted to the problem.  You might try putting a new battery in there.
